PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to process. You will be notified via email as soon as your package has shipped. You will be able to find the tracking information in there to follow up the parcel. Please note that processing time may be subject to change during new drops or launches due to high order volume.
Please note that shipping carriers have experienced heavy volumes and are approximate due to COVID-19 delays. There may be some gaps or inconsistencies in tracking information. Therefore, we apologize for the inconvenience in advanced and thank you for your incredible patience, support, and understanding.
USA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free US shipping on all orders & Free International Shipping on orders above $120.
Please note that the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. There may be duty/import/tax/custom/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to comprehend and make payment of such charges. We work with USPS, UPS, and DHL carriers to handle and deliver your orders in the best condition.

If your country is not listed, we unfortunately do not ship there yet (but we may hope in the future).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your miramira products, but if for any reason you are not content, please contact us to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
To request a return and or exchange for store credit, email hello@miramiranyc.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and please include RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Our team will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Store credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and will expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs and taxes are not refundable or included in store credit.
DAMAGED GOODS
If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please hello@miramiranyc.com within 72 hours of delivery. Attach the product photos and your order number. Every damaged good will be handled on a case by case basis.
